Mixed media canvas and some microbeads history ;)

Today at 13 arts blog we present our microbeads based projects.
As you all know,  I have a long term relationship with microbeads in my art projects;) I use them to decorate, but mostly for textures. Beside's my new projects I wanted to show you some of my older works, true history of beads :) You can use them to any creations: cards, altered item, layouts, they are one of my favorite products.

Dzisiaj na blogu 13 arts prezentujemy inspiracje z wykorzystaniem mikrokulek. Zapraszam po więcej inspiracji, a ja oczywiście chciałabym pokazać Wam moją pracę oraz mały przegląd moich starszych projektów z kulkami;) Prawdziwa historia mikrokulek LOL :)

First please have a look at my canvas, I used some cardstock as a bee nest, and I have put different sizes of microbeads all over it and more beads around my project.

Some details:

I used 13 arts:
Other: Cardstock, resin elements, chipboards

And here is my little history :)
As you can see I've stared with regular beads and then fell in love with 13 arts glass beads.

Have you used our beads? If you have,  you can leave some links in the comments, I would love to see your projects with them.

Mixed media canvas for Scrapberry's

Hello, it's Aida here and today I want to show you my mixed media canvas with all the Scrapberry's goodies.
I have created the colorful background using only Scrapberry's Stains inks and sponge brushes, you can see few steps of the process below.
After I was happy with the results I've added some stencil designs and then few layers of Primavera papers, beautiful flowers and other embellishments to my project.
Here is the final result:

To create similar background use 2-3 colors of stain inks, sponge brush and some water to make your sponge wet.  You can apply the ink directly from the pad

or mix with water first to make more watercolor effect.
You can also add the same diluted colors on your elements using a brush

here are the details of final project:

Autumn Escape 2017 New Zealand

Witajcie kochani, dzisiaj post głównie po angielsku, jako ze wspominam podróż do Nowej Zelandii, gdzie miałam okazję prowadzić warsztaty miesiąc temu, podczas fantastycznej imprezy 'Autumn Escape 2017'. Pokażę Wam moje 3 prace warsztatowe, powspominam poznanych fantastycznych ludzi i mam nadzieję, że i Wam uda się odrobinę poczuć tę wspaniałą kreatywną atmosferę towarzyszącą mi podczas mojego pobytu w kraju kiwi:)

Hello, It's Aida here and today I want to show you my 3 class layouts I have taught in New Zealand last month, during fabulous event called Autumn Escape  and tell you a bit about my trip and people I have met.

First of all I want to thank again Jodi and all the people that made it happen that I had this amazing opportunity. The event and all my trip was very well organized, and it was amazing how much work all the people put into it. It was such a great adventure! I just loved every second of the time I spent there! So let's start reliving this amazing time again, hope you will enjoy my journey in time and feel a bit of this atmosphere:)

Here are my 3 class layouts. Each class I  taught twice.
First was called Happy:

I was a romantic layout, a bit softer, but still we used lots of mediums and great techniques to achieve nice colors and textures.

Thank You! Look at all amazing pages we have created!

The second class was textured mixed media layout called "My soul"

And again - amazing pages created by all the ladies:

And the third class was very vintage, very textured layout 'Love vintage'
created with Olga's His & Hers collection:

and everyone did amazing job again, I must say that the people there are sooooo talented:

On each class I have made my sample projects with one of my student's photos and then gave them the page as a gift, and this is one of them:

Unfortunately I don't have photos of all my groups, I was so excited I forgot about photos;)
But this is my last Sunday class :) Thank you ladies!

of course all the classes were made with 13 arts products

and all the participants could buy more of 13 arts goodies in Jodi's store
